The delivery date depends on two factors: the product preparation time and the courier’s delivery time.
Each product has different processing times: for example,
Photo Prints usually require
one business day, while more complex products like
Photo Books may take several days. You will always find the
estimated delivery date on each product page.
As soon as the order is ready, we hand it over to an express courier (GLS or SDA - Poste Italiane). Delivery usually takes place the
next business day (excluding
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).
You will receive a
confirmation email once we hand over the package to the courier. This email will also include the
link to track the shipment. Tracking is activated within a few hours after pickup.
During
peak seasons or in case of
exceptional events (bad weather, strikes, etc.), delivery times may vary slightly.
