How are gadgets made?
For the realization of the gadgets Epson Sure Color SC-F500 four-color sublimation ink plotters are used. Epson UltraChrome dye-sublimation inks ensure brilliant colors that comply with safety and environmental regulations, including OEKO-TEX standards. The photo is printed on dye-sublimation paper with high transfer efficiency, for more colorful and brighter prints. Finally, the print is transferred to the final product using TheMagicTouch professional heat presses, a pioneer in the field of transfer printing.
The printing operations are constantly monitored to guarantee personalized gadgets based on the photos, obtaining realistic colors and rich in detail; special software provides the specific pre-treatment of the image. The photo impression procedure is carried out with a hot press at high temperatures: this allows to obtain quality and long-lasting products. The suitability for the use of our Gadgets in all environments is also ensured, in full respect of health.
